Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform operated by Deep Machine Learning LLC.
1. Use of the Service
Deep-ML provides educational content, coding challenges, and tools designed to help users learn machine learning and artificial intelligence. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using the platform you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with other users.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account. Deep Machine Learning LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All platform content including problems, explanations, educational materials, branding, and platform design are owned by or licensed to Deep Machine Learning LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of the code and submissions they create. By submitting content to the platform you grant Deep Machine Learning LLC a worldwide, non exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
4. Educational Use Only
The Service is intended primarily for personal and educational use. Commercial use of Deep-ML content, redistribution of platform materials, automated scraping, or using platform content in commercial products or services is prohibited without written permission from Deep Machine Learning LLC.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Upload malicious or harmful content • Attempt to bypass platform protections or safeguards • Exploit vulnerabilities or manipulate leaderboards or rankings • Interfere with the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other users Deep Machine Learning LLC reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action when violations occur.
6. Use of Large Language Models and External Assistance
Deep-ML is designed to help users build and demonstrate their own understanding of machine learning concepts. Unless explicitly allowed for a specific challenge, the use of Large Language Models, AI code generators, automated solution tools, or similar systems to generate answers is prohibited. Deep Machine Learning LLC may use behavioral signals, interaction data, and session recordings to determine whether automated tools or prohibited assistance were used. If a user is found to be using automated tools to generate solutions, Deep Machine Learning LLC reserves the right to take corrective actions including but not limited to: • Deducting 100 Flame Points per affected question • Flagging the account for suspicious activity • Removing leaderboard rankings, badges, or achievements • Temporarily suspending or permanently terminating the account for repeated violations These measures exist to maintain fairness and protect the integrity of the platform.
7. Analytics, Monitoring, and Session Recording
To improve the reliability, security, and fairness of the platform, Deep-ML collects analytics and interaction data about how users interact with the Service. This may include tools that record user interface interactions such as page navigation, clicks, scrolling behavior, typing activity within the platform, and other interactions. These recordings and interaction signals may be used for product improvement, debugging, security monitoring, and investigating potential violations of platform rules including cheating or the use of prohibited automated tools. Certain sensitive inputs may be masked or excluded from analytics collection when technically feasible. By using the Service you acknowledge and consent to the collection and review of interaction data for these purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Deep Machine Learning LLC does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free. We also do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Machine Learning LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service. In all cases the total liability of Deep Machine Learning LLC will not exceed one hundred dollars (100 USD).
10. Termination
Deep Machine Learning LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion if users violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the platform, its users, or its integrity.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
